What counts as a master set
A complete set is every numbered card in Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos — the 215 cards in the printed run. A master set goes further: it adds the reverse-holo of every eligible card, plus the secret rares and alternate arts numbered above the printed total. PocketRune uses the “Standard” definition — every variant, minus promos — and lets you pick Complete, Master, or Master + Promos when you build a binder.
